You can’t have a smart landing without a Smart Takeoff

The Smart Take-Off program aims to prepare startups for entering global markets and eventually joining the Smart Landing Program.

The program consists of 4-6 workshops held by international experts. 4-5 startups are selected to take part in the cohort, which has industry and a geographic focus and ends with a Demo Day and possibly a study tour.

  • B2B Sales

    Identify the value proposition of your product/service and plan how to generate leads. B2B sales on demand.

  • Go-to-market strategy

    Financial forecasting and resource planning. How to find the right talent on the local market. Go-to-Market high level roadmap.

  • Branding and Communication

    Custom analysis of current resources and action plan to improve them. Website and branding review

  • The Art of Networking

    Cultural characteristics of outreach and follow up, soft skills of negotiations. The art of objection handling.

  • Pitching

    How to structure the pitch and present your goals? Storytelling - how to build tension and inspire with presentation.
